CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMARINDER SINGH GREWAL
Present:
Mr. Jugam Arora, Advocate, for the appellant.
*** Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) 1.
Present appeal was filed in the year 2024 wherein, objections were raised by the Registry and thereafter, no one has bothered to clear the said objection and the incomplete appeal is still pending with the Registry of this Court and the same has been listed so as to weed out the same as the appeal is consuming limited space available.
2.
As per Rule 9, Chapter I, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the appeal on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days. The same was not taken back for re-filing too after the removal of objections and the case is listed before the Court for orders.

INCOMP-1325-2026 -23.
Keeping in view the fact that no one has come forward to clear the objections raised by the Registry so as to get the appeal listed despite the fact that due notice was published in the cause list for the information of the respective counsel to clear the objection in the cases which are lying pending with the Registry, the appeal needs no consideration for passing any order and the same be consigned to the record room. In case any grievance still subsist, liberty is granted to file fresh one. 4.
