Vide order dated 03.05.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per the office report, the appellant remains unserved as the area mentioned in the address has since been acquired by the Air Force. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
