(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to investigate the complaint filed by the petitioner at Police Station Ranger Nangal, Police District Batala vide receipt No. 14-Peshi dated 03.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) and register FIR on the basis of allegations contained therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose of instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Batala, is directed to look into the matter and do the needful, if required.
