Mr. S.K. Garg Narwana, Senior Advocate with Mr. Vishal Garg Narwana, Advocate, Mr. Ram Bilas Gupta, Advocate, Mr. Rajat Sheokand, Advocate and Mr. Nitin Sachdeva, Advocate for the complainant. **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Affidavit regarding criminal history of the petitioner is taken on record. Petitioner was granted interim bail way back in the year 2019 and the said order is continuing till date.

Counsel for the complainant opposes the continuation of interim bail on the ground that after that a compromise had taken place twice and both the times, the petitioner resiles from honoring commitments made in such agreement/compromise. He further submits that the amount involved is of Rs. 2 crores. Given above, this cannot be a ground to cancel the bail granted in the year 2019.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would have no objection in case any stringent conditions this Court might put upon the petitioner. The present petition is allowed and interim order dated 27.02.2019 is made absolute subject to comply with the further condition: JYOTI 2023.02.16 09:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
