This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 11 dated 15.03.2015 under Sections 15/61/85 of the NDPS Act IPC at Police Station Sandaur District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Jagat Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated May 21, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated May 21, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
