******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.634 dated 22.09.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of Indian Penal Code and 3 of HPID Act, 2013 at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar.
Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Head Constable Jagdish Rai, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation. The police on verification has found that the company, which ditched the complainant was floated in the name of wife and son of petitioner, who at that time was a Sachin Mehta 2017.08.08 17:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH

So far there is no document to connect him with the company but the allegation of the complainant is that all the affairs of the company were being looked after by the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for complainant submits that matter has since been amicably settled with petitioner. In view of above facts and that the matter has since been amicably settled and a petition bearing CRM-M No.23323 of 2017 seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise, has been filed, this petition is allowed and the order dated 25.04.2017 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
