Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 07 dated 23.01.2019 registered under Sections 326, 324 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Nawanshahar, District SBS Nagar. According to the prosecution, the petitioner had caused 11 multiple injuries with his sword, on the person of complainant-Amarjit Singh.
Heard.
The instant petition is a mala fide attempt of the petitioner to scuttle the fair investigation.
