Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1993. Vide order dated 10.04.2024 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the office report, appellant Nos.1(a), 1(b), 1(d) and 1(e) have refused to accept the notice. Appellant Nos.1(c), 1(f), 1(i), 1(j) and 1(k) also remain unserved with the report that they were not present at the time of service and their brother-inlaw refused to accept the notice. Appellant Nos.1(g) and 1(h) are stated to be married and residing with their in-laws. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
