ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 16.01.2023, when none appeared for learned counsels for the parties and Registry was asked to issue notice to their respective counsels. Needful has been done. On resumed hearing today, learned counsel for appellant appears and submits that all attempts to contact her client have been turned futile and she is unable to assist this Court for lack of instructions. In the premise, instant appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to file an appropriate application in case any cause of action still survives.
