(Oral) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 19.02.2021 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Additinoal Sessions Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali, whereby the application (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner for release of vehicle bearing No.HR-05-AH-1801 on superdari has been dismissed in FIR No. 418 dated 27.12.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sohana, District Mohali. The learned counsel for the State submits that in the aforementioned FIR, the petitioner stands convicted and, therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable before the trial Court.
