The challenge in the present appeal is to the judgment of reversal at the hands of plaintiff who had filed a suit for possession and recovery of mortgage amount.

On the last date of hearing, the case was called out twice but none had appeared, thus notice for actual date was issued to the parties. 3.

As per office report, notice issued to appellant No. i, i(b), ii and iii and the sole respondent have been received back with the report unserved due to incomplete address.

In view of the above, this Court has no option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Ordered accordingly.
