Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rattan Singh, submits that the representation dated 10.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) has now been received by the official respondents, and the same shall be decided by respondent no.2 in accordance with law, and appropriate action as required will be taken.

In view of the statement made, there is no need to issue the directions sought.
