R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in Complaint No. 36/2013 titled "Anita Gupta vs. Anil Sharma etc." dated 17.07.2013 for offences under Sections 420, 408, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panipat.

Heard.

It is submitted that in deference to order dated 30.04.2015, petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and furnished bail bonds to its satisfaction.

In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and the interim bail granted vide order dated 30.04.2015 is made absolute. The bail bonds furnished before the trial Court shall continue during pendency of trial.
