After arguing for some while, both the counsels have very fairly submitted that instead of deciding the present petition on merits, let the interim maintenance be fixed at Rs.14,000/-. However, they both request that the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C be finally adjudicated upon as earliest as possible.

Counsel for the parties also wish to keep their option to resolve the matter amicably between the parties at any further stage also. 3.
In light of the above and the consent given by both the parties, the impugned order dated 04.02.2020 is modified to the extent that the interim maintenance is reduced to Rs.14,000/- per month. PARUL 2023.05.15 17:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner is a young practicing lawyer and therefore prays for some concession in clearing the arrears.

Accordingly, the revision petition stands disposed of and the petitioner is directed to clear the arrears of interim maintenance within 4 parts of monthly installments apart from regularly remitting Rs.14,000/-. 6.
The trial court is requested to expedite the matter preferably within one year.
