NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) On instructions from ASI Tilak Raj, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court and was released on bail.
Perusal of the order-sheet shows that on the last date of hearing also the petitioner had gone un-represented. Even today there is no representation on his behalf.
