Versus

State of Punjab and others ...... Respondents CORAM : HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE MANJARI NEHRU KAUL Present :

Mr. Anoop Verma, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents to look into the representation dated 15.12.2022 (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioner and to take legal action against the accused mentioned in the representation. Learned counsel submits that vide representation dated 15.12.2022 (Annexure P-4), the respondent No.4 had been duly intimated about the assault committed upon the petitioner and her husband on 17.09.2022. However, the authorities concerned had failed to initiate any action against the offenders.
