RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to avail his appropriate remedy before the appellate court, where his appeal against judgement of conviction is pending decision, by bringing the factum of compromise to the notice of the learned appellate court as well as the relevant judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Permission is granted.
