Mr. Sudhir Mittal, the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners states that the proceedings have been dropped against the petitioners and the revised building plan submitted by the petitioners has already been sanctioned on 21.11.2002. He further states that the impugned demand of Rs.6,23,432/- was reduced to Rs.2,07,000/- and the same has been paid.

In view of the above statement, the petitioners' grievance stands redressed.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
