(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.085 dated 04.04.2016 under Sections 66C, 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 120B, 384, 417, 418, 419, 420 and 469 IPC registered at Police Station Sector 17/18, Gurugram, Haryana, on the basis of compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition.
