ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 19.01.2023, when Registry was asked to issue notice to appellant. Pursuant to same, needful has been done.

Since legal heirs of appellant have not taken any steps to get themselves impleaded, it appears that they are not interested to pursue the appeal filed by their predecessorin-interest.
