(ORAL) Present third petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for release of the petitioner on regular bail in cse FIR No.113, dated 28.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) registered at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala under Sections 420, 406, 506, 120-B of IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is behind bars since 23.04.2022.

However, learned State counsel, on instructions has submitted that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. is also recorded. He submits that now the case is fixed for defence evidence on 03.04.2024 RITTU 2024.03.21 17:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
