Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members as they are being constantly threatened by the private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has made a representation dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, District Palwal, but the same remained unattended till now. Notice of motion.
