Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has threat of his life and liberty from private respondents No.4 and 5. However, there is no representation made by the petitioner to the police to this effect.

This petition is disposed of with direction that if the petitioner has some threat, he may move a representation to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, who on receipt of the same, will take appropriate action in accordance with law. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) April 30, 2015.
