Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside impugned order dated 25.01.2019, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that main ground to challenge the impugned order is that the learned Court below did not stay the proceedings despite the fact that revision was pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala. However, learned counsel fairly conceded that no such order was issued by the learned Revisional Court. That being so, there is nothing wrong with the impugned order dated 25.01.2019.
