Learned counsel for the respondents submit that in the absence of any interim order in favour of the petitioners, recovery has already been effected and the petitioners, currently, have superannuated. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that he has no instructions so far as recovery is concerned. He contends that as per instructions received, his clients have no further interest in contesting the present petition. 4.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed at this stage. 5.
