Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that ejectment order against the private respondents was passed on 30.09.2021 by the Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Kaithal but even after the passage of about 31⁄2 years such order remains unexecuted.

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only at this stage. 3.

Mr.Ankur Mittal, Addl.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and submits that the afore referred order dated 30.09.2021 stands executed which renders the present petition infructuous. 4.

Dismissed as infructuous.

It is true that in the light of the afore statement made by Mr.Mittal the petitioner's cause has been rendered infructuous but we cannot lose sight of the fact that in this case there has been inordinate delay of about 3 1⁄2 delay in the execution of his ejectment order which have attained finality. Therefore, let Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Haryana, look into the matter and file an affidavit explaining therein the delay in the execution of the afore referred order dated 30.09.2021 passed by the Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Kaithal. The names of the officers responsible for such delay shall also figure in the said affidavit.
