 Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the submissions made that the parties are correlated and there was a dispute over the vehicle coupled with the fact that the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of serious nature and that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace, amity and harmony in the families who are correlated and in view of the law laid down in %&'(!&()*+!,',-   .(/'0'(1'(,*-2#3$  #2&4&('5$ 3 and %6.57&(1-2 !&()* '(1 ,*-28 + !,',-   .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2 9 #$   #2&4&('5$  " the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.16 dated 13.04.2015 registered at Police Station Gardhiwal, District Hoshiarpur under Sections 365, 395 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
