This is a petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC vide FIR No. 0237 dated 24.12.2016 at police station City Rupnagar.

At the outset it is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have cleared the entire loan payable to the Kotak Mahindra Bank under one time settlement. This contention is not controverted by counsel representing the Bank.

Learned State counsel, however, submits that in order to complete its investigation, it would require a 'No Dues Certificate'. Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as counsel appearing for the Bank undertake to do the needful within one month. In view of the fact that petitioners are no longer required for custodial interrogation, order dated April 26, 2017 is hereby made absolute.
