(Oral) Petitioner has moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate action in accordance with the provision of law against the private respondents for committing fraud. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation/complaint dated 8.11.2021 (Annexure P-1) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now.
Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 at this stage. Mr. Sidakmeet Singh Sandhu, AAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

State counsel submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.
In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 (though representation addressed to SSP, Pathankot and SSP, Patiala) to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-1) dated 8.11.2021 in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
