Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.06 dated 23.08.2022, under Sections 153, 153-A, 212, 216 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860; Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985; Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959; registered at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, District SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that present petition be disposed off as not pressed, at this stage.
