(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of Complaint No.NACT No./405 dated 01.12.2020 titled 'Gurvir Singh vs. Khanna Trading Co.' under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and summoning order dated 01.12.2020 passed by SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Khanna along with all other proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to file afresh petition with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
