**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.6 and 7.

Learned counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer informs that petitioner is neither involved nor required in any case including FIR No.05 dated 23.01.2024 registered under Section 306 of IPC at P.S. Sandaur, District Maler Kotla and as such shall not be summon/called by the Investigating Officer.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of.
