**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition is seeking directions to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that there were financial transactions between the petitioner and the private respondents and on account of financial transactions, the private respondents are causing injuries to the petitioner and her family members. The petitioner has apprehension that the private respondents, at any stage, may attack the petitioner and cause irreparable loss. The petitioner has made a representation dated 09.02.2023 to SSP, Amritsar (Rural), however, no action has been initiated.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Amish Sharma, Asstt. A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1-State and assures the Court that the jurisdictional authority would look into the representation of the petitioner and do the needful.
