**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, petitioner is seeking modification of order dated 24.11.2022 whereby Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana has allowed maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- each to petitioners No. 2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that parties have entered into compromise and grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is qua finding on the issue of adultery. He further submit that as per compromise between the parties, the respondent has no objection if findings qua adultery are set aside.

Mr. G.S.Sandhu, Advocate has filed his power of attorney on behalf of the respondent, which is taken on record. He submits that it is factually correct that the parties have amicably settled their disputes. He further submits that he has no objection if findings qua adultery recorded by trial Court are expunged.
