*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) This is appellant-plaintiffs' second appeal against the judgment of reversal. The trial Court decreed the suit for permanent injunction filed by the plaintiffs, but lower appellate Court reversed the judgment and decree of the trial Court and accordingly, dismissed the suit of plaintiffs and appellants-plaintiffs have, therefore, filed the present regular second appeal in this Court.

Appeal was admitted on 19.10.1993. While admitting the appeal, status quo with regard to possession was ordered to be maintained by the parties.
