******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CRM-29270-2018 This is application seeking restoration of petition (CRM-M14868-2018), which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 10.08.2018.

Order dated 10.08.2018 was passed as counsel for the petitioner had not appeared. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that on that day he was busy before another Bench and could not appear in present case, resulting in dismissal of the case for nonprosecution. In view of submission of learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner, the instant application, which is supported by affidavit, is allowed and the petition (CRM-M-14868-2018) is ordered to be restored to its original number.

CRM-29270-2018 in/and -2CRM-M-14868 of 2018 CRM-M-14868-2018 The petitioner has sought direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to look into the representations of petitioner dated 07.04.2017 (Annexure P-1) and 14.06.2017 (Annexure P-3).

Learned State counsel submits that both the above representations have been considered and found to be false and filed. She further submits that there are four FIRs registered against the petitioner in which he has put in appearance and is on bail. He is not required in any other case at this stage.

As both the representations moved by the petitioner have been found to be false and filed, this petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.

However, the petitioner shall also be at liberty to avail other legal remedy available to him under the law.
