(Oral) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to investigate the matter fairly in FIR No. 12 dated 03.02.2017 under Section 452 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Bichore, District Mewat. Notices were issued in the aforesaid matter and pursuant thereto a status report has been filed by way of affidavit of Om Parkash, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana whereby it is stated that the matter has been investigated and a cancellation report dated 02.03.2017 has been furnished to the Magistrate on 25.09.2017. It is also submitted in the status report that notice to the complainant is yet to be issued by the learned Illaqa Magistrate.
