CWP No.4197 of 2023 (O&M) CWP-4197-2023 (O&M) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the arrears of the amount of Rs.1,44,634/- as arrears of Gratuity and arrears of Leave Encashment and Arrears of Salary along with interest @ 18% per annum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that all the payments, as have been claimed in the present petition have been made by respondent No.3, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
