This petition is filed for quashing of Criminal Complaint No. 454/21-04-2016 filed by respondent No. 2 (Annexure P-3) and summoning order dated 07.05.2016 (Annexure P-4). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing the present petition and seeks disposal of the same with liberty to raise all the issues involved in this petition, in the complaint proceedings before Court concerned at appropriate stage. 3.

Disposed of being not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 4.

Since the main case has been disposed of, pending application if any also stands disposed of.
