The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.882 dated 09.11.2018 registered under Sections 376, 377, 379-A, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Sonipat, District Sonipat. 2.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner in the present case since stands acquitted and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
