Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not in contact with the appellant since long and he also does not know as to whether, at this stage, the appellant wants to pursue the present appeal or not, hence, the present regular second appeal may kindly be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the appellant to revive the present regular second appeal in case the appellant still intends to get decision of the present appeal on merits and in case, appellant has died, the said liberty for revival of the present appeal be also given to his LRs.
