SUVIR SEHGAL J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed this third petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.18, dated 04.07.2018 registered under Sections 21, 25 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, Amritsar. After arguing for sometime and sensing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submission, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
