(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been some change in circumstances inasmuch the challan has been presented and the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for reframing of charges and that, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh. In view of the aforesaid request, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
