(Oral) The petitioner by way of the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks issuance of direction to the concerned Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural)-respondent No.2 for conducting fair investigation in an FIR No.0007 dated 15.01.2018 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC registered with Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar (Rural) and submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in the concerned Court. The learned State counsel on instructions from SI Guriqbal Singh submits that the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. shall be filed positively within four weeks from today.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in this case. Disposed of.
