The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing No. HMA/264/2020 titled as "Gurdas Singh v. Navdeep Kaur", which was pending before the Family Court at Barnala, and was being sought to be transferred, has been dismissed in default. He, thus, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed of as such.
