Baldev Singh Sran, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited which is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit that the impugned order has been withdrawn and a fresh order would be passed by the appellate authority after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
