ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 17.01.2023, when none appeared for the parties and Registry was asked to issue notice to their respective counsels. Needful was done yet none appeared. On 21.03.2023, Registry was directed to issue notice to parties but needful could not be carried out as office report reveals that addresses given in the memo of parties are incomplete. Notices to their respective counsels were also issued vide order dated 17.01.202 In the aforesaid premise, issuance of fresh notice to parties would be an exercise in futility for lack of correct particulars of their addresses.

Dismissed in default.
