**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of agenda resolution dated 19.02.2019 passed by executive council vide resolution No. 3 in its meeting held on 19.02.2019 (P-30 colly), vide which the services of the petitioner has been terminated. This order was conveyed to the petitioner vide letter dated 21.02.2019 (P-31).

The short point for consideration in the present case would be whether the petitioner can be terminated from service, in view of enquiry report dated 08.10.2018 (P-25) without giving him any show cause notice. The petitioner is working since 2014.

Issue notice of motion Mr. Sajjan Singh, Advocate who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-Univeristy. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned opposite counsel by today itself. In view of the statement made above, the writ petition is allowed and resolution dated 19.02.2019 (P-30 colly) terminating the service of the petitioner is set aside. The respondent-University can proceed in accordance with law.
