(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.37 dated 30.03.2016, under Sections 498-A, 406 and 313 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Sector 17, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties, vide compromise deed dated 30.01.2017.

In view of the above-said fact, order dated 03.05.2016, passed by this Court whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
