(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars by attaching the order by which the recovery has been imposed upon the petitioner and in case, according to the petitioner, no order has been passed imposing the recovery upon him, proof that no order has been passed, still the recovery has been done, will be attached.
